nidoro.ch is operated by Marian Toader, Lausanne, Switzerland. You can reach us at marian@nidoro.ch, and we will supply our full postal address on request.

This is an information page about a platform we are building, together with two forms: one for parents who want to be told when it opens, and one for childcare institutions who want to talk to us about it.

Nidoro the platform does not exist. There is no account, no login, no messaging and no service. Everything the page describes in the future tense is an intention, not a promise.

Joining the waitlist means we will email you when Nidoro opens in your area. It is free, it creates no contract between us, and it gives you no entitlement to a place, to priority, or to any particular feature.

We cannot promise that Nidoro will launch, that it will launch in your neighbourhood, or when. We open neighbourhood by neighbourhood, wherever enough parents have signed up, and if a neighbourhood never reaches that point we will not open there. We would rather say this plainly now than disappoint you later.

You can leave at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any of our emails.

Please give us accurate information and use an email address that belongs to you. Signing somebody else up is not helpful to them or to us.

Please do not attempt to break into the site, submit the forms automatically, scrape it, overload it, or use it to send anything unlawful, abusive or misleading.

We may remove a waitlist entry or decline to reply to an enquiry if it appears to be fraudulent, automated or abusive.

If you write to us through the institution form or by email, we may use what you tell us to shape the product. We will not publish your name, your institution's name or anything you wrote without asking you first.

What we do with the personal data in those messages is set out in the privacy policy.

The name Nidoro, the design of this site, its text and its illustrations belong to us. Please do not copy them or use them elsewhere without asking.

Linking to nidoro.ch, or quoting a short passage with attribution, is welcome and needs no permission.

We do our best to keep the site available and its content accurate, but we cannot guarantee either. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time.

We provide this site as it is. To the extent Swiss law permits, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of it, or from the site being unavailable.

Nothing here limits our liability for intent or gross negligence, or for anything that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Swiss law applies. The courts of Lausanne, Canton of Vaud, have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory place of jurisdiction that the law gives a consumer.

We may update these terms; the date at the top of the page shows when we last did.
